Corporate Sound Baths

A Happy Team is a Productive Team!

The calming frequencies and vibrations of a sound bath can help to lower stress hormones, alleviate mental fatigue and promote deep relaxation. This can contribute to a healthier, more balanced team environment.

The after effects of a sound bath can help to encourage creativity, increase productivity and induce a state of focus by clearing mental clutter. Sound baths can help improve concentration and attention span, leading to better decision making and deeper cognitive processes.

Happy and rejuvenated employees are more engaged, making sound baths a valuable tool for boosting morale and job satisfaction.

You could consider organising a sound bath for your team as part of a mental health wellness package or as part of your team building away days. Alternatively you could hold one on a monthly basis.*

You could choose to have a company sound bath on a morning to energise the team, a lunchtime reset or a post work relaxation session. The choice is yours.

Setting up a sound bath on-site requires minimal set up from you. We can easily set up in a conference room, wellness space or off site at a venue of your choice. Parking and ease of access are important as the instruments are very heavy and delicate so this can be discussed before booking.

You can choose to have 30 minute or 60 minute sessions, which include a guided meditation to help you and your team settle into the session. We can perform multiple sessions in a day or just one if you'd prefer.

Prices

1 x 30 minutes for up to 20 people - £200

1 x 60 minutes for up to 20 people - £260

For additional same day sessions - £180 - £220

Optional extras

If you have a private room, you can also choose to offer reiki and massage from the ladies at The Grounding Room. They can provide 1:1 relaxation for you and your team. Please stipulate this on the enquiry form.

What to expect at a sound bath

Being comfortable is important so I would recommend encouraging your team to wear warm cosy clothes and socks, unless it’s a glorious hot summer evening of course. They will need a yoga mat and a blanket to get into a comfortable position.

Information for your team

Sleeping on your side or with a bolster cushion under your knees is a good way to be comfortable for a long period. If you have a tendency to snore I would definitely recommend laying on your side! The sounds can often make you fall asleep.

Then close your eyes and listen to the words of the grounding meditation to help you settle into your space. As soon as I start to play the crystal singing bowls, you should start to feel yourself drifting into a deeper state of relaxation. Some people have experienced profound peace or self-awareness and even visualisations during a sound bath. You will notice the chaos in your mind appear to flatline, making it easier to focus and relax.

Afterwards, you should feel immensely relaxed, less stressed, more positive and balanced.

Sounds baths are suitable for most people but if you are epileptic, pregnant, have metal implants or a pace maker or cochlear or have a severe clinical health condition then a sound bath may not be suitable for you.
